ckanext-stadtzh-dwhdropzone

The Harvester inserts data from the DWH dropzone. There are 2 kinds of data structures, one for when data is being saved from BO, which just provides a resource for example an Excel file. And secondly there is data coming from SAS which contains a meta.xml and its resource.
